Working Principle
Medium and large sized crushers are equipped with hydraulic chamber-cleaning system, which reduces the downtime. There are many kinds of crushing cavity type of each model, so users can choose different cavity type according to different needs. This machine adopts the lubrication grease seal system and avoids the defects of easily blocking in water-supplying and discharging as well as easily mixing of water and oil. Spring insurance system is overload protection device, which can make foreign staffs and iron pass through the crushing chamber and not damage it. This machine is divided intostandard type and short-head type. Generally, standard typehas large feeding size, so does the discharging size. The short-head type has steeper crushing awl and small feeding size, so it ishelpful to produce fine-grained material. Therefore, the standard type is usually used for coarse and medium crushingwhile short-head type is used formedium and fine crushing.
